1. I was somewhat dismayed that you had to pay for internet service when the Hyatt at Penn's Landing across the street offers it complimentary.

7. Excellent complimentary breakfast including great coffee, fruits, cold cereals, yogurt, toast muffins etc. It was very hot so we took advantage of the 4th-floor indoor pool nice, relaxing and refreshing.
