1. well located if you are looking for an hotel close to center and beachespositive points: spacious room (studio), clean, equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and everything for cooking (though we never found a way to make icecubes in the fridge), convenient and reasonably-priced parking lot,(to SoBe standards, 16$/day) but you have to either call and go to reception to ask to open the gate for access, very close to Ocean drive and the beautiful beachesnegative points: too much noise, even on rear (garbage guys every morning that wake you up at 8 even on Saturdays), lost space (dressing room takes almost all the space vs a teeny tiny bathroom), the designed bowl-shaped washbasin is most inconvenient: water splashes every time you use it, the tap and the washbasin are in the middle, whereas the 2 mirrors are on the sides: almost impossible to shave unless you move on left or right under a bad lightthe so-called hype deco (bedside tables don't match the general style at all,) seems to date (renovation was made in 2003) and was not either made convenient (the bedside lights cannot be operated separately e.g. if you wish to read while your partner wishes to sleep) or well executed (flat TV on a revolving panel is impossible to direct facing the bed (comes back everytime and we had to clamp it with one of the chairs), used painting, impossible to open the windows (blocked with screws!), only a very small round table and 2 bar stools, and no coffee table, reception staff not particularly customer-oriented (seems to priviliege Spanish-speaking patrons?),though we had a wifi problem that was fixed pretty quicky, 1$/day for the use of inroom safe (displayed on repcetion counter, though not billed.
