1. The location was very good, a few minutes by foot to the Beach and all the stores, restaurants etc. The complementary breakfast was simple but good for us, some coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruit, toast etc.I can really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to be in the neighborhood of the close attractions (Oceans Drive, Beach, Clubs, Restaurants, etc.) and does not want to pay a lot of money.

2. The lobby area is a bit shabby and breakfast is not worth staying for but other than that this is a great place to stay.

3. Other positives, gym was great, used every day, and complementary breakfast, wasn't a huge amount of selection, but considering I couldn't find anyone else that did that, a huge bonus.
