1. The location was very good, a few minutes by foot to the Beach and all the stores, restaurants etc. The complementary breakfast was simple but good for us, some coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruit, toast etc.I can really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to be in the neighborhood of the close attractions (Oceans Drive, Beach, Clubs, Restaurants, etc.) and does not want to pay a lot of money.

3. The location is awesome and the hotel is inexpensive, but I think next time we come to SB, we will just pony up some more cash and stay up north where we can be assured we don't have to deal with attitude or vermin.
