1. The only cons: my husband was awakened by a woman arguing with her friends in the alley at two AM, so expect some street noise.

4. If you are to stay here, you must stop by La Sandwicherie which is just around the corner on 14th Street in between Collins and Washington Avenues (on the alley near the Tex-Mex place).
