1. There is a laundry mat not far and using the kitchenette was a great money saver.

2. The location couldn't be beat (half block from beach, close walk to Lincoln Road and lots of restaurants nearby), the room was spacious and clean, and we saved money by preparing lunches and 2 simple dinners in our suite's kitchen.

The location was very good, a few minutes by foot to the Beach and all the stores, restaurants etc. The complementary breakfast was simple but good for us, some coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruit, toast etc.I can really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to be in the neighborhood of the close attractions (Oceans Drive, Beach, Clubs, Restaurants, etc.) and does not want to pay a lot of money.
