1. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - bathroom was small but I like the separate tub and shower.

3. Carpet had cigarette burns in it and looked gross, the leather couch had stains, the night stand had a big stain, the white curtains had very noticeable grease (or something) stains on them, the bathrooms looked gross, and the room, overall, smelled & felt 'dirty'.

8. The only negative would be the tiny bathroom where there is nowhere to put your things and only one person can use at a time, but everything else was so good, and it's a historic building so it was easy to forgive this.
