1. Since this is an old hotel, the bathrooms are small but we did not mind.

2. The rooms and bathroom are on the small size and there is quite a bit of street noise twenty-four hours a day, but it is New York City, so I feel like that is not outside of what i expected.

8. Cons would be the room: beds not great, not bad, but the pillows & down comforter were lumpy, crazy small closet with the clothes hangers not fitting in the small area, the room safe broken, and the bathroom had discolored molding/peeling wallpaper and a poor shower head.

10. The old air conditioning system was dirty and noisy and the bathroom was extremely dated and small - the bathroom seat being full of cigarette burns and the old flat towels threadbare.
