1. Having settled our bill in full and in cash, our dear friends in the accounts department not only billed my credit card, but billed me for more money than i owed.

2. We only had a 10 dollar bill and told him we wanted to pay him 2 dollar(even though he carried one bag and we took the other two by ourselves), ha said he were going to change it but when he came back he pretended like he didn't knew what we were talking about when we wanted our change back.

3. 5) The internet was very slow and flaky - basically unusable - that cost $14.95 - I complained at check-out, and they refunded that part of the bill.

4. Thankfully I had print out confirmation of the offer but they still apparently had to bill me the $14.95 daily charge ( sometimes twice in one day.

10. Something that annoyed us was we ordered room service, two burgers at $22 (which is alot for a burger anyway) and when they showed us the bill it was $70 I'm not sure how it added up to that but that is ridiculous money for a dry burnt burger.
