1. The room was kept clean everyday by the brilliant maids, all towels were changed everyday without fail, and the bed was always made as if fresh.

The hotel staff were friendly, as said before they allowed us to not only keep our suitcases for free upon arrival, but they also held them for us on departure, again for free!(I have a lot of friends who travelled to New York who's hotels refused to hold them AT ALL after they had checked out) Maids greeted you with a smile in the corridors and hotel staff were friendly and helpfull, gave us a map when we arrived so we could get our bearings which was kind of them.
