1. The room, as noted in most of the responses, was very small but comfortable and adaquate for my needs, The bathroom, I though, was very well done for a small hotel, modern and well appointed.

7. Overall it was well kept, the staff was friendly, the rooms and bathroom were a bit small but clean and modern, and hey when you're in NY you're not really supposed to spend much time in your room.
