1. Another bonus for us was that the hotel does have a shuttle service that takes guests to the airport if they need to get a ride, unfortunately there wasn't a shuttle service at the time we needed one but the woman at the concierge desk was very happy to reserve a private car for us.

2. The staff were without exception smiling, polite & helpful; we would single out for special mention Angie the concierge who was always happy to answer questions & do all she could for us, including checking in online for our journey home.

4. The staff are pleasant enough when they are not chatting among themselves and the concierge helpful if you need directions etc but the whole impression this hotel gives is a slovenly unprofessional couldn,t care less one.

5. The staff was great, we used the concierge a couple times and they were very friendly and helpful, pointing us to several restaurants we wouldn't have found just wandering around.

9. Don't count on the contracted concierge to provide transportation - we had specifically requested (and prepaid) for a minivan as my Dad has trouble stepping up to a regular van.
