1. There was even a nice handwritten note from Jeff the manager slipped under our door on the first night of our arrival (although the note regarding the complimentary snacks was a bit confusing b/c we weren't sure if that was for the 1st day only and if it was for the snacks by the front desk or if we were supposed to have snacks in the room for us on that first date).
