7. I'm putting this in as the size of the room seems to be a concern to many reviewers, but, considering that the room was new and gorgeous with lovely amenities, I wouldn't pass on this place due to the size of the room.

8. For those not familiar with NY, what is so nice about this area is that you are in a place where people actually live and has the neighborhood amenities you'd expect.

10. I got 2 rooms for friends and family, a kings suite and a 2-doubles bed room, both were very very clean (looks almost brand new), decent size, and well accommodated with the usual hotel supplies and amenities.
