1. The rooms are small and cheerless and the bathroom is tiny and glum without a window or exhaust fan but with a shower over tub which is so dangerous to enter that it is actually shocking.

3. Our room, on penthouse floor (we were upgraded as Platinum Priority club members, which is very positive and doesnt always happens), was large, with only rather small bathroom, which is the only thing I could find that was on the negative side.
