1. -It looks scary when you drive up (our first thought was, 'This is an ES?')-rooms are dark inside-bathroom was tiny (I could stand in the middle and easily touch all 4 walls without moving)-the bathroom is in the bedroom (whereas in most ES properties it is entered in the common area.

2. )-wallpaper was peeling in bathroom, ceiling was peeling in bedroom-A/C barely worked (I'm not sure if it was really working at all but fortunately we hit Phoenix on a good weekend.

4. The bathroom was very small and located in the bedroom, which was an odd floor plan and might not work well if you have kids staying on the pull out couch in the living room (I wouldn't want the kiddies going in and out of the bedroom all night.

5. If the older hotel, small bathroom, no thermostat and lack of luxury is going to bother you, you'd probably want to pop for the extra money.

6. furniture looks like it was built in the 80's and the bathroom was very small and the sink was out in the bedroom area.
