1. The bathroom lacked ventilation and the toliet would not stop running.

When we got to our room it had smelled of smoke which we requested a non smoking room, there was a blood stain on the bed blanket, the bathroom had mold in the shower area, the bathroom was dirty and there must have been a plumbing problem because the toliet kept backing up on us and the next morning when we took showers, the 2nd person to take a shower had to stand in water.

3. In my bathroom you can clearly see the mold on the ceiling, the drain doesn't drain properly, and the shower didn't work right.

4. There were 28 badly patched holes in our ceiling, some sort of dark red stain on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper holder, no sink stopper, and a guest could only get ice on the first floor of this five floor hotel.

5. Beds with springs poking at you all night, wall paper tearing off walls, dirty carpet, a dropped ceiling in the bathroom with so much dirt and dust that it was actually hanging off the ceiling.
