1. it was centrally located which is nice, but it was internal (sliding patio door to holidome pool) and we had no window to the outside.

2. We had to call maintence to replace the light above the bathroom sink, and to try and fix the sliding patio door (the door was really hard to open) and the toilet got clogged.
