1. The front desk manager was super nice, check- in was easy and he even gave me a razor and some shaving cream because I forgot to bring them.

5. The day we arrived in town we were told to call ahead so when we got into the Carmel area doing some shopping we called and were told that we could not use the water park early or check in to our room because it was not ready.

7. So to sum this up: over spring break you can not check into your room until 4 but you are allowed to pick up your zoo or museum tickets early the day you check in.

10. Upon arrival the front desk staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed including an early check in so the kids could hit the water park.
