3. We paid the the water park room and it was closed all day long they did not want to give us our money back I asked to be refunded several time and was told they could not do this.

The next morning we went down to go to the water park and a sign was up it was CLOSED and to see the front desk, I was told they had a problem overnight and it should be open in an hour which would have been 11am, It wasn't so went back and was told it would not be open til 3p I ask for a refund and told them we would leave and they said they could NOT do that.

5. Finally I was able to speak to a different employee (shift change) and she refunded my money and we left but I wasted the whole day and my kids didn't even get to swim.

8. The lady told me she had no idea if the waterpark was going to open that day or even the next and told me she didn't see any reason why they would not refund me earlier in the morning and I did get my money back for one night but we didn't stay at the hotel that night anyways.
