4. The water park, although my kids had fun, wasn't appealing to the eye because of huge rust stains that could be spotted all over, it sort of gave it a 'dirty' look; one of the hot tubs was completely cold, and appeared to not be functional, several of the 'toys' in the kiddie area were broken and/or missing, the arcade also had machines not functioning and the ticket counter was out-of-order.

9. We hardly got to use the slides because the lines were so long, every pool was packed, and you couldn't even relax in the hot tubs as they were overloaded with people also.
