1. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, and I believe all rooms have balconies although I am unsure of this.

7. It was not only unimpressive, but it should have been listed as partial ocean view, unless you call going out on the balcony and looking due south an, 'Ocean View.

9. The bar has a good happy hour and there is another balcony on the other side of the hotel that faces the beach.
