The parking charges are reasonable, but probably isn't necessary to pay for valet or self park because street parking seemed to be available all the time (while we were there) After making requests for the room, Jordan (who worked at the Front Desk) was very prompt in making sure that my needs were met and was very helpful and friendly.

3. When the front desk was giving us the keys to that room, they said it was a better room with new upgrades and really they would be giving us this room if the Ocean View room does not work out.

9. The entire hotel staff was wonderful from the front desk reception to the manager on duty (he could not have been more accommodating) and the bellman who helped us with our bags.
