1. When we arrived at the hotel I was told that we had been 'upgraded' to one of the renovated rooms.

9. While staying there, we read in the local newspaper that the Omni resort was re-awarded its four diamond status by the AAA (it was not given the award last year due to renovations), making it one of only two such resorts in Tucson.
