2. I had read some of the reviews about 'old' rooms but when we got to the front desk, I simply mentioned this and they upgraded our room (for a small fee, but that fee was lower than what was stated on Travelocity where I booked).

3. The problem I had was for one a golf cart was not included in me green fees and I felt if I pay over $140.00 for a round the cart should be included.

7. Things like these should just be rolled into the room rate as you can't decline the fee anyway.

8. In fairness, part of our 'value' rating is that we stayed just before Christmas and the room was $99 (plus the $14/day resort fee which you'll read about in other reviews).
