1. When I voiced my concern with the House keeping Manager, I was told that if I had wanted it cleaned sooner in the future I would need to call and ask to have it cleaned.

5. The next day when it happened again and I called down to the guest services I was told I was speaking to the business manager and she also told me that since on Saturday's their house keeping staff doesn't come in until 9 AM I need to call and ask to have my room cleaned.

6. It was a year in planning with Anne Connell the Services Manager, Nicki Chasteen the Sales Manager, along with Charlie Lujan the Golf Tournament Director.

7. We went into legends, and the food and service was great however, we witnessed an employee being yelled at by the manager.
