1. On our last day, the consierge recommended a great Mexican place to eat on our last day -- every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping was very friendly.

8. I had read some of the reviews about 'old' rooms but when we got to the front desk, I simply mentioned this and they upgraded our room (for a small fee, but that fee was lower than what was stated on Travelocity where I booked).
