5. The hotel arranged cabs for me for my meetings, wake-up calls, etc with pleasant efficiency and staff in the Executive Club as well as the front desk and restaurant were friendly and skilled.

8. Front desk staff was helpful, but we found we were constantly having to ask for something; towels, a cot (they booked three adults into a room with one king size bed!), a blanket for the cot, the room to be made up (5 pm).
