1. When I did checkout, it took a lot of back and forth with the manager, but my room rate was changed to the $109 I originally booked.

2. We were gladly given a late checkout the night before of 2:00, which was more than I`ve ever heard of at any hotel, usual checkout is Noon, which I still think is later than most checkout times.

3. Upon checkout, I was asked how our stay was and when I informed the young lady about the disgusting carpet stains, she asked me 'other than that, was your stay okay?' I didn`t even receive an apology.
