2. 1.5 hours later, I went to the front desk to ask for towels, and was told housekeeping was gone and they would have to find them!45 minutes later, we got towels to take a shower in the filthy shower.

4. After leaving the room in the morning and returning around 3pm, the beds had been made and some towels were replaced, but we were missing facecloths and replacement shampoo, etc. None of the used glasses in our room were replaced, they were just left on the table, still dirty and none of the tables, counters etc. were wiped clean.

5. Front desk staff was helpful, but we found we were constantly having to ask for something; towels, a cot (they booked three adults into a room with one king size bed!), a blanket for the cot, the room to be made up (5 pm).
