3. Bed was excellent, bath not near Hyatt standard, room standard size but poorly setup for work (poor placement of sockets).

4. It was large and nicely furnished with 2 nice sitting chairs, large flat screen TV, an awesome, comfortable bed and great bath products.

Maybe the bathroom could be a little more modern and functional, but the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the service excellent (we have been given very good tips at reception as to where to eat and we also have been served chilled white wine and chocolate strawberries in our room as a little honeymoon treat!).

6. Around about 5:45-5:50 IN THE MORNING I awoke to what sounded like bowling balls falling off the bed and onto the ground.

8. Also, even though the room was very modern and updated (great bed, new TV, beautiful bathroom and tile), the air control was straight out of a 1980s Best Western - the blower type with a fan, hot, and cold (and it was very loud).
