It wasn't warm enough to use the balcony/

The breakfast was delicious and the little outside
patio
(very limited seating so come early) allowed us to enjoy a gorgeous Portland morning during breakfast.

Loved the funky decor; loved the flat-screen TVs and the iHome for recharging the iPod and the free WiFi; loved the kitchen; loved the small balcony; loved the rooftop terrace/
patio
; loved the location--right on the streetcar line, within walking distance to the restaurants & shops in the neighborhood.

Everything you need in Portland is within walking distance - NW, the Pearl, Forest Park, etc. Most rooms have balconies; I always requested first floor street-side rooms which have more spacious
patio
s.
