4. Staff are great and service is excellent - we have quite often ordered packages to be delivered to the hotel and they have always been in our room on our arrival.

6. When I made my first reservation, I had never been to or seen the Inn at Northrupp station, but the service was so friendly and authentic - not at all scripted - I thought that was a good sign.

9. Cleaning service was OK but they aren't too 'green' as you would expect in Portland-changed towels every day even though we put them on the racks and ran the dishwasher with about 6 items in it.
