1. If you prefer the traditional full-service hotel with room service, valet parking and a bell clerk in the lobby, you might want to stay downtown.

3. The larger hotels have an advantage here, usually having in-house places to buy things, or room service, and Northrup charges as much for a room as many of the larger hotels (although, in all fairness, you won`t get such a large room with a kitchen in the larger hotels, probably).
