4. Being so close to the sporting arenas also has it's drawbacks, such as requiring parking passes (free to guests) during events and waiting for elevators.

5. Also means your best bet if you're planning an overnight stay, is to plan to stay overnight after the game, that way you'll be able to take advantage of free parking at hotel (considering stadium lots can be pricey).
