1. It's convenient to everything important to most travelers and visitors, i.e.: downtown, airport, and waterfront, good cheesesteak and pretzel places and good late night spots if you get the growl in your stomach after midnight.

4. For sightseeing in downtown Philly, you can drive straight down Broad St (about 4 miles or so) and park downtown.

10. The only downside was the restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which meant we had to leave and drive for a meal or a drink and everyone knows how parking is downtown.
