Since the Spring of 2010 I have experienced the following problems at the Loews Philadelphia hotel: wireless internet not working properly (although problem resolved after spending, on average, 30 min on the phone with technical support), room telephone will not allow me to dial an outside line, not receiving my YOU FIRST amenity upon check-in, general problems with the various hotel room from dirty bathtub, toilet not working properly, broken lights, broken coffeemaker and on one occasion, brown streaks on the bedsheets.
