3. Check-in was a breeze with uber-friendly staff and we did indeed get a room on the 10th floor (Room 1061) overlooking the pool area with a great view of EPCOT for the evening fireworks.

5. I am glad to start on a positive note and say that the courtesy & help we received from the front of house staff was excellent; from The Check-In desk & Bell-Hops to The Concierge and Pool/Leisure Club staff.
