My only gripe if I had to have one would be the recently introduced car parking fee of $11 per day for self parking, as this is not a new addition and it does feel somewhat like an extra charge for something that has been there as long as the hotel but again if you want to stay here then you have to suck it up and pay the price.

9. i have read many reviews from people talking about the daily charge of about $24 this is correct everyone pays it, as for us we knew it was their as it is stated very clearly with virgin so add this on to your overall cost, we could understand why they do it however maybe just adding it to the daily rate would be better.

10. When I said we had unpacked and I didn't want to move rooms and asked where should my son sleep the response was we can charge you for another room and he can sleep in there.
