3. We went to the parks on the free shuttle, which was on time every day, but I would have liked to stay at the hotel to enjoy the lake, pool, golf, hot tubes, boats and more.

5. Hotel advertises shuttle busses and fantastic facilities to justify its compulsory resort charge of $18+tax per room per day in excess of room rate but these are not adequate- only one bus and not enough services.
