1. We didn't use the 'resort' amenities much (other than the swimming pool) but the front desk staff were superb - service was pretty much instant when we needed things in the apartment (a corkscrew because the one we had was broken; wash cloths when housekeeping had forgotten to leave these with the new towels) and very helpful when we wanted advice (from where to eat out for breakfast to where to find a playground/park to take the children, to getting stamps for postcards).

2. Daily $10 (+tax) charge included fresh towels and bin emptying daily and a more thorough clean after a week (more cosmetic than a deep clean, but good enough) as well as unlimited towels by the pool.

3. Although it's technically a condo, housekeeping still cleans the room each day and each time they would replenish the towels, they would leave us like 4 towels for 8 people.

4. Paid for a full package deal but got to the hotel to be told for clean towels and bins emptied daily it was 10.70 dollars a day wheather you wanted it or not , if you wanted your beds making and cleaned this was just over 30.

5. They gave me back the resort fee of $12 when I complaint, but the assistant did not even offer new towels and taking the trash out.

8. She explained that the housekeeping staff emptied the bins and gave us fresh towels everyday but only hoovered, cleaned the worktops and floors, and gave us fresh bed linens when we arranged it, at $25 a time.

9. the resort fee covers every day things like fresh towels, soap, shampoo, etc. we cleaned our own kitch messes, and put the do not disturb sign on the door every other day.
