4. The whirlpool bath was a nice 'touch' (and perfect to unwind in at the end of a busy day!), fresh towels were provided daily, all the garden areas were well maintained and everywhere was spotless.

5. Hotel rooms are excellent, nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful jacuzzi bath and Tv's in every room.

8. You could hear people on the floor above you taking baths, and dropping stuff on the floor at night, and I am a clean freak so I notice these things, but the walls near the beds in the guest rooms and by the light switches were SO dirty, they really needed to be wiped down.
