1. The bellhops were top notch and attentive, the front desk staff were friendly and called you by name, the breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and free, and the concierge was wonderful and very helpful.

3. Did I mention the WiFi is free? The desk staff need to be more informed about the mundane things only tourists want to know-bus schedule, closest bus or streetcar stop, cost of streetcar and bus, taxi fares, restaurants within 4 blocks and their price range, free attractions, restaurants accommodating children.
