1. Imagine being greeted by a welcoming staff, checking you in quickly and placing you in a quiet, quaint room, with a very comfy bed with perfect pillows, and the bath stocked with plump, fresh towels and all the amenities ones needs.

6. When I told a manager about both these incidents on Thursday afternoon (again, I do not know his name), he took notes, told me how sorry he was, gave me a hug (which I thought was weird) and asked if there was anything I needed, like towels.

7. Her idea of cleaning our room was to pull the covers up on the bed and throw some clean towels on the chair in our sitting room and STEAL the silk red rose I had gotten for Valentine's Day that morning.

8. The rooms were clean and odor-free, the buffet breakfast offered a decent selection for the price (included in the room rate), the mattresses were comfortable, appeared reasonably new and of decent quality, and housekeeping kept us supplied with clean towels.
