5. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is because the maid didn't make up our room one of the days we were there after we asked if she could come back in 15 minutes when we left the room.

6. This is where the maid took the cash off of our desk and then looked surprised and said 'oh, that wasn't my tip?' Mind you the cash was attached to a safety pin.

7. When we returned the money on the pillow was missing but the plug had been fixed, bed was not made so the maid didn't get paid, and why were they taking money from the bedroom.

8. We did have one concern, we reported that our bathroom had a problem with the plug and extractor to reception and we had left a few dollars for the maid.

9. They gave us room 231 which is next to a maids closet and overlooks the pool which is in a courtyard.
