6. The desk staff need to be more informed about the mundane things only tourists want to know-bus schedule, closest bus or streetcar stop, cost of streetcar and bus, taxi fares, restaurants within 4 blocks and their price range, free attractions, restaurants accommodating children.

7. Tami, one of the managers assured me prior to checking out that the change in cost on our room would be recorded and that she would call me; BUT she did not make the needed changes nor call me.
