2. A good inclusion was the shuttle bus that takes you to Beale Street, this was great and the driver was very friendly and full of great tips.

4. The location being across the street from Graceland is convenient, but a lot of the businesses on the way have bars over the glass and a lot of places have fences/gates keeping the public out- makes me feel like it is an unsafe neighborhood but they do a good job keeping the hotel secure.

5. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night and left and went to the Days Inn right down the street where the staff is great and so are the rooms.

6. As an aside, if you pay for the (very reasonable) round trip bus into Beale Street, be aware that you need to be back at the pick-up point a good 20 - 25 minutes before it goes.

7. it is true that it will be replaced in a few years with a new EPE hotel across the street so pouring money into this place is not going to happen but the staff is committed to doing a fantastic job and they always do.

8. It is in a great location and means you can park your car and explore Graceland and its attractions on foot and get the shuttle to Memphis for an evening out, ( we had a lovely meal with live music on Beale Street).

10. we stayed at heartbreak hotel all the staff were helpful and friendly our room was clean the maids come in every day including weekends, we went to graceland on vip package it was really nice to see everything in graceland including gold discs boots its well worth going to graceland memphis zoo is also a nice day out and cheap to get in beale street is also good with all the live bands the gibson factory is good.
