1. Loved the zany furnature in the lobby and the free ride in the Pink Cadillac to get to one of the restaurants was also of fun.

2. We had a hire car to get around to see the sights of Memphis at our own pace, although there are shuttle buses into town - some free if you book certain tours, some you have to pay.

3. The hotel has a free shuttle to/from the airport and a $5 each way per person shuttle into Beale Street which is prebooked and no one gets left behind at night.

4. Me and my mom are big elvis fans and living just over the road from graceland is hard to take in the hotel is very clean the staff are very polite and helpful and gave us a free ride to the airport on the day we left.

5. We used the pink phone in reception and used the free cadillac ride to Marlowes where we had a good meal and full of Elvis memorabilia.

6. The complimentary breakfast and free tea or coffee at any time was a real bonus as the other 2 hotels we stayed we had to pay for it.

7. However we did use hotel shuttle which charges $5 each way (our Hotel in Nashville had a free shuttle).

8. There is a free shuttle bus form the hotel to the main sightseeing places which was very handy as the hotel is quite a way out of things.
