1. We forgot a couple of basic toiletries, and the staff provided them to us free of charge(items that wouldn't be complimentary otherwise), all with a smile.

10. Hotel is about 3 miles from downtown, offer free shuttle anytime to downtown, was disappointed to find that due to the holiday weekend no shuttle was being offered, cost 18.
