1. We forgot a couple of basic toiletries, and the staff provided them to us free of charge(items that wouldn't be complimentary otherwise), all with a smile.

6. I stayed at this Hotel during a trip to Henry Ford Hospital, the location is very close to the hospital and the hotel is clean, the rooms are specious, and clean, valet is available at no charge.

7. First off they charge you for valet parking which is just behind the hotel but you are not permitted to park your car there, they must do it for a very expensive fee.
